Tucked deep in the woods of Chilmark, MA on the island of Martha's Vineyard, this cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is the perfect retreat. There are some unusually tight constraints on the site so the home is oriented in a way to maximize natural light while keeping privacy to abutting neighbors.
